Cancellations

By contracting any of GYM VAN’s monthly plans, the client accepts that:

– The payment of the selected plan is monthly and must be made on the agreed date.
– No cancellation or refund is allowed after each month’s payment has been made.
– The customer’s commitment to the plan purchased is for the totality of the selected months and cannot be cancelled before the end of the contracted period.

 

Modifications

The owner reserves the right to modify conditions and services.

 

Jurisdiction

The parties submit to Spanish law.
